Legendary midfielder Kane Wills confirms he will leave Worthing FC in January

The experienced Worthing midfielder recently exceeded 150 appearances for the club over two separate periods and has been crucial to the club's success in recent years. On his time at Worthing Kane said, “What can I say, it’s been some journey! It’s amazing to see how far this club has come and how much it’s grown. In my first spell, we were battling relegation in the league below, and just last year, we came so close to promotion to the National League. That progress is a testament to the incredible people behind the scenes who work tirelessly and give so much to get this club where it belongs, and it’s only a matter of time before more success is achieved.”
He will continue to be available for selection until he departs for the middle east on 5th January 2025.
The ex-Bognor Regis Town favorite initially became part of the club in 2016, experiencing a successful season as he earned the Manager’s, Players’, and Supporters’ Player of the Year honors.
