Returns Policy
At nationalleagues.co.uk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a print-on-demand business, each item is custom-made to order. Because of this, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please review our policy below:
1. Returns Eligibility
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
However, we will accept returns or issue replacements if:
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• There is a printing error (e.g., wrong design or incorrect customization)
• The wrong item was received
2. Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at office@tonysarson.co.uk with the following:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item showing the problem (if applicable)
We will respond to your query within 3 business days.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, you can choose between the following options:
• A replacement of the same item
• A refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after approval.
4. Exemptions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Minor variations in color or placement, as these are part of the printing process and may occur naturally
5. Returning Damaged Items
In cases where a return is required:
• You will receive a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
