nationalleagues.co.uk is a print-on-demand service based in the United Kingdom. We create custom products based on your specifications.  

1.2 Eligibility to Purchase: 
By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent, and you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.  

1.3 Amendments: 
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Products 
2.1 Made-to-Order Products:  
All items are custom-made based on the designs you select or upload. Slight variations in colour or placement may occur due to the production process.  

2.2 Product Images:  
Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may differ slightly in appearance.  

2.3 Design Ownership:  
- By uploading designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the content.  
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to print your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  
- We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Ordering Process 
3.1 Order Confirmation: 
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment of receipt.  

3.2 Order Acceptance:  
Your order is accepted when it enters production.  

3.3 Cancellations: 
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.  

3.4 Errors in Orders:
It is your responsibility to ensure all information (e.g., design, size, and address) is accurate when placing an order.  

 

4. Pricing & Payment  
4.1 Prices:
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.  

4.2 Payment Methods:
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of order.  

4.3 Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders placed before price changes will not be affected.

5. Delivery  
5.1 Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and depend on the chosen shipping method. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.  

5.2 Delivery Address:
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.  

5.3 Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Custom Products Policy:  
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at office@tonysarson.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.  

 

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of nationalleagues.co.uk or licensed to us. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

8.1 Product Liability: 
We are not liable for slight variations in colour, alignment, or other minor imperfections due to the production process.  

8.2 Limitation of Liability:  
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- Loss of data, profit, or revenue  

8.3 Force Majeure:  
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
